The Online Training Level 1 is at your own pace. The 10-week LIVE class takes 10 weeks to attain and complete level 2 Certification is 40 hours of practicum with 10 Volunteers who receive 8 half-hour sessions each.
Yes! The program is designed to teach you how to master and apply the F.I.X. Code in real-world coaching scenarios. During the certification process, you’ll practice with volunteers.
Once you have completed level 1 and 2, you will have a very good handle of the technique and can start practicing with your volunteers.. we do have a community of volunteers that will raise there hand if you need additional people for certification
